Ambitek are currently looking for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our client's busy workshop team in Wrexham.

The Role

As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of structural steelwork, working from detailed engineering and fabrication drawings.

• Fabricating structural steelwork from engineering drawings
• Cutting, fitting and welding structural steel components
• Reading and working from detailed fabrication drawings
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and specification
• Working safely and efficiently within a busy workshop environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in structural steel fabrication and welding
• Ability to read and work from engineering/fabrication drawings
• Strong fabrication and welding skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications or certificates are advantageous
