Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in NG17 (Nottinghamshire) is seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder for a hands-on workshop role. You will fabricate and weld steel and stainless components for enclosures, frames and metalwork, reading engineering drawings and ensuring accurate workmanship. This is a second shift position with hours 16:00–02:30, paid £21.44 per hour, with training on days at £16.12.

Overtime available. Experience in MIG welding is essential; TIG on stainless desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven Fabricator Welder experience in sheet-metal fabrication.
• Strong MIG welding ability; TIG on stainless is advantageous.
• Able to read engineering drawings and work from sketches.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld steel and stainless components for enclosures and frames.
• Interpret drawings, assemble components and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in a workshop environment.
