Are you an experienced fabricator welder who enjoys building unique, made-to-order projects? We’re looking for someone to join a growing and well-established fabrication business in West Bromwich.

You’ll be part of the Projects Team, helping to bring custom designs to life by fabricating unique, one-off metalwork pieces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied, hands-on work, solving problems on the go, and taking pride in producing high-quality, made-to-order items.

What you’ll be doing:

Fabricating bespoke steel items from technical drawings

Working with various tools and techniques: cutting, welding, forming, and finishing

Collaborating with the design and production teams to bring custom projects to life

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a fabricator welder ideally working on bespoke or custom builds

Confident reading and working from drawings

A team player who’s also happy working independently

Hours:
Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 15:00



Pay:
£19.00 per hour
(Temp-to-perm after a successful trial period)
