Job summary

LRL are seeking experienced Fabricator Welders for roles in the West Midlands. You will perform MIG and TIG welding on mild and stainless steel in a workshop, with normal hours from 7:00 to 15:45.

Pay rates are £16–£17 per hour, with overtime at x1.3 before and after normal hours, and enhanced rates on Saturdays and Sundays (x1.3 and x2). The assignment is 12 weeks temp-to-perm, offering a path to permanent employment. Suitable candidates will have over 3 years’ fabrication workshop experience.

• Over 3 years’ experience in fabrication workshops.

Anything before and after normal hours are paid at x1.3

Saturday before 1pm x1.3, after 1pm x1.5, Sunday x2

Suitable candidate will have over 3 years experience working within a fabrication workshops.
