Job summary

Workforce Staffing is seeking a skilled MIG welder/fabricator for our Rugby, Warwickshire operation. The role involves MIG welding mild steel and stainless steel components, fabricating and assembling steel frames for tank mounting systems, and reading fabrication drawings as needed.

Candidates should have MIG welding experience, be detail-oriented and reliable, and able to work well in a team. The position offers consistent weekday hours on-site.

£15-£16 per hour | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm

We’re currently recruiting for MIG Welders / Fabricators to join a busy tank mounting and fabrication team.

This is a great opportunity for skilled welders and fabricators with experience working in mild steel and stainless steel, looking for a stable, weekday role with consistent hours.

The Role:

MIG welding mild steel and stainless steel components

Fabricating and assembling steel frames for tank mounting systems

Working with materials ranging from 5mm to 20mm gauge/thickness

Reading and working from fabrication drawings where required

Ensuring welds and finished fabrications meet quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

Previous MIG welding experience in mild steel and/or stainless steel

Experience with fabrication and assembling steel structures or frames

Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach

Reliable, hardworking individuals who can work as part of a team

What’s On Offer:

£15-£16 per hour, depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
