Job summary

Randstad Inhouse Services, on assignment at Caterpillar Articulated Trucks in Peterlee, is seeking fabricators for a 24-month fixed-term role. Earn up to £39.10 per hour with regular overtime and monthly bonuses in a modern, quality-driven facility.

Shifts include Day, Afternoon, and Night with overtime rates of 1.5x Mon-Sat and 2x on Sundays. Applicants must have NVQ Level 3 and experience in welding fixtures to tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experienced in building/welding fixtures to tight tolerances.
• Able to work under own initiative or as part of a team.
• Follows standard work procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Build/w Weld fixtures to tight tolerances.
• Follow standard work procedures and maintain safety on the shop floor.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Carry out manual lifting as required.
