Job summary

Evo Personnel is recruiting a Fabricator Panel Beater for our client in Accrington. The role is based on a day shift, 37.5 hours per week, with an annual salary of £38,000 plus overtime.

The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating and panel beating for commercial vehicles or trailers, proficiency in MIG welding, and the ability to read basic engineering drawings while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fabricator / Panel Beater, ideally in commercial vehicle or body repair.
• Experience repairing and fabricating components on trailers and trucks.
• MIG welding on a variety of metal components.
• Panel beating, cutting, shaping and fitting metal panels.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs, fabrication, MIG welding, cutting, shaping and fitting of metal components to a high standard.
• Work in a fast-paced workshop on trucks and trailers.
• Use a range of hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
