This role supports plant reliability and maintenance performance through supervision of workshop personnel, contractors and fabrication resources, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship and/or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, Welding or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Health & Compliance: Ensure fabrication activities are completed safely and compliantly, following site procedures, permit requirements, engineering standards, and all relevant statutory and pressure equipment regulations.
