Job summary

TEC Partnership, delivering education at The Grimsby Institute, is seeking a passionate Fabrication and Welding Lecturer and Study Programme Leader. You will deliver quality teaching across programmes, mentor learners and lead programme development, while upholding safeguarding and college policies.

The ideal candidate will hold a higher-level qualification in fabrication & welding or an engineering qualification, a recognised teaching qualification, and English/Maths Level 2.

Qualifications

• Higher-level qualification in fabrication & welding or engineering qualification.
• Qualified to teach with a recognised teaching qualification.
• GCSE English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across fabrication & welding programmes.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment and safeguard standards.
• Adhere to college policies and procedures and support student learning.
