Job summary

Sikla France S.A.R.L is seeking a Fabrication & Warehouse Operative to support both production of modular steel frames and daily warehouse tasks at our Milton Keynes site.

You will read technical drawings, assemble components, operate fabrication equipment, and manage goods-in/goods-out with ERP/Kardex systems. The role requires accuracy, physical fitness, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in fabrication or warehouse environments is required.
• Proficiency with fabrication tools and cutting equipment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems for warehouse processes is preferred.
• Good numeracy and measurement skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings; assemble steel components into frames.
• Operate cutting tools and fabrication equipment; prefabricate parts.
• Receive, pick, pack, and load/unload goods; check deliveries for accuracy.
• Use ERP and Kardex systems; maintain stock locations and checks.
• Ensure health and safety standards; assist with logistics tasks.
