Job summary

Sikla Group in Milton Keynes has a Fabrication & Warehouse Operative role supporting production of modular steel assemblies and daily warehouse duties. You will read technical drawings, cut and assemble components, handle goods-in/goods-out, and maintain stock accuracy on a busy site.

The role is site-based with fixed-term terms. Strong attention to detail, physical capability, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with fabrication tools and machinery.
• Experience in warehouse processes and goods-in/goods-out.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings to fabricate steel components.
• Assemble components into frames per project requirements.
• Operate cutting tools and fabrication equipment.
• Prefabricate and cut Sikla components and inspect quality.
• Process goods-in/goods-out and manage stock locations.
• Use ERP systems for standard warehouse processes and stock checks.
