Luton Bennett is recruiting a Fabrication Supervisor for a factory-based role in Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire. You will lead a team of around 30 people under two other supervisors, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery of products.

The role requires a fabrication background with supervisory experience or progression into supervision, and you should hold an engineering qualification. The position is on-site with a structured shift pattern and attractive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations on the shop floor.

• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to the team; drive continuous improvement.
