Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-profile work environment.
• Current UK driver's license.
• Experience of H&S procedures, including COSHH.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive works and ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
• Conduct site surveys and produce detailed reports.
• Maintain lighting and perform basic plumbing requirements.
• Repair and replace floor and wall coverings as required.

Skills

Previous experience in fabric, carpentry, or a related trade

Strong customer relationship skills

Excellent PC skills

Self-motivated and organized

Ability to interpret technical drawings

Education

City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in carpentry
