In this role, you will be responsible for providing fabric services that align with ISS values, leadership principles, and the unique values established between ISS and our client.

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional results and outcomes for the business, helping us maintain our leading-edge status within the industry and enhance our reputation with the customer.

Adherence to Health and Safety protocols is paramount, and you will play a key role in ensuring compliance while being responsive, cooperative, and proactive in achieving assigned tasks. Collaboration is essential, and you will work closely with a cohesive team dedicated to delivering a high level of service to our client.

Your primary objective will be to provide a proactive and creative fabric service to the contract, demonstrating effective communication and customer care skills at all times.

By leveraging your expertise and attention to detail, you will contribute to the overall success of our facilities management operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements
  • Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all fabric-related issues and help desk requests. Produce a list of materials required for minor works.
  • Support the Fabric Lead in additional costings for small works where needed.
  • Coordinate initial actions for all client requests.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management.
  • Undertake follow-up actions to resolve situations for which you are authorized.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar multi-site environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions if needed.
  • Experience with CAFM systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in joinery, roofing, and flooring within construction, repair, or maintenance environments.
  • Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation relevant to safe working practices; training will be provided.
  • Good all-round knowledge of general building works, diagnostics, repairs, building services systems, and maintenance schedules.
  • Experience with fault diagnosis and rectification in maintenance duties.
  • Experience with general building PPM schedules related to fabric aspects.
