Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Fabric Technician for Derby, based at our client Rolls-Royce site. This on-site role focuses on maintaining the fabric and appearance of buildings, ensuring safety and compliance with UK standards.

You will conduct inspections, implement preventative maintenance, manage repairs and renovations, and coordinate with contractors. The position offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule and exposure to diverse properties within JLL's UK network.
