Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Microsoft Fabric Solution Architect to lead architecture design for enterprise data platforms in hybrid delivery across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. You will shape robust architectures using Fabric and Power BI, balancing lakehouse and warehouse patterns with security and FinOps considerations.

The role spans governance, data models, coaching teams and documenting ADRs, with collaboration across client IT and data teams to deliver scalable insights.

Qualifications

• Four-plus years in data and analytics or data platform architecture.
• Experience with Fabric, Power BI and enterprise BI modelling.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Run architecture discovery and create technical roadmaps for Fabric-based solutions.
• Design end-to-end Fabric solutions including OneLake, Lakehouse and Data Factory pipelines.
• Governance, security, and CoE setup with data policies and ALM.
• Lead design reviews and ensure architectures meet non-functional requirements.
