Job summary

Reeve in London is seeking a hands-on maintenance operative to join our expanding portfolio. You will respond to faults on-site, assess and fix where possible, or scope for specialist contractors as needed.

You will perform minor plumbing, mechanical and fabric repair work, light carpentry, and inspections with attention to safety. You may supervise contractors and support the wider operations team in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or construction.
• Proficient with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
• Good problem-solving and client-facing communication.
• Health and safety-minded with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend faults on-site, assess scope and fix or escalate.
• Carry out minor plumbing and mechanical repairs.
• Perform fabric repairs and light carpentry work.
• Inspect sites, log asset condition and report major needs.
• Supervise contractors and ensure work meets standards.
