Qualifications

• Strong fabric maintenance background with painting and plumbing experience.
• Experience performing planned and reactive maintenance.
• Able to maintain accurate records and use CAFM systems (Maximo).

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, plumbing, and fabric repairs across university buildings.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks as directed.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CAFM system (Maximo).
• Follow Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
