Job description

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Fabric Maintenance Administrator on behalf of our client in Norwich. This is an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of long-term extension. Monday to Friday working hours.

Our client is a leading independent Oil & Gas company with operations worldwide. This opportunity is available in their UK subsidiary, which manages operations in the Southern North Sea.

Responsibilities:
  • Working within the client's Integrity & Fabric Maintenance team, this position involves raising purchase requisitions, tracking and expediting materials, liaising with contractors requesting and tracking quotes, and working closely with the procurement team.
  • Ensuring all costs generated by the Walk 2 Work (W2W) and FM team are tracked and allocated to the correct cost centre.
  • Collating daily report hours and inputting data onto progress trackers.
  • Tracking client-owned plant and equipment, maintaining registers, and executing administrative tasks related to W2W and FM teams.
Key Requirements:
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar procurement software.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and general IT systems.
  • Self-motivated with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in administrative tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
