Job summary

Total Facilities Recruitment Limited is seeking a Fabric Engineer for a Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 role in a commercial setting. The position offers a £33,000 basic salary and requires you to maintain building infrastructure and ensure health and safety compliance.

You will work with the contract manager and site team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance, procure materials, and promote a repair‑first approach to maximise asset life and occupier satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building services systems and preventative maintenance.
• Experience in delivering reactive and planned maintenance in commercial buildings.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations and building codes of practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with client, property managers and site team.
• Deliver visitor and occupier experiences across the site.
• Support estate development through maintenance improvements and industry best practice.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and safe systems of work.
