Our client is a regionalised building services contractor with offices across the UK, providing Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Facilities services throughout the construction and operational phases of building assets.

Job Details

They are currently seeking a Multi-skilled Fabric Technician to perform planned maintenance and reactive repairs, with the ability to carry out minor Mechanical and Plumbing works.

Job Role

• Perform tasks in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act, company safety procedures, and contract specifications.
• Adhere to the out-of-hours call-out rota as required.
• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly following company policies.
• Provide engineering condition reports and quotations.
• Conduct logbook audits.
• Maintain good customer interface skills.

Skills / Training

• Demonstrate competence in your primary trade with valid certification.
• Deliver service excellence.
• Have a reasonable understanding and proactive approach to other trade skills.

City & Guilds qualification in a building or related trade is preferred.
