Job Description:

Our client, an exciting Facilities Management company, is seeking a Fabric Engineer to cover a large commercial building in Speke. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance roles, PPM experience, and a versatile handyperson background. This role offers opportunities for progression.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Standard hours are 8am - 5pm, with flexibility for earlier starts. Overtime is available but not mandatory.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining the fabric of the building, including:
• Minor joinery
• Minor plastering
• Painting (touch-ups)
• PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguisher maintenance
• Ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with clients and contractors on site

Requirements:

• Experienced Fabric Engineer / Handyperson
• PPM experience
• Multi-skilled
• Reliable team player

On offer is a salary from £32,000 to £35,000 plus holidays. Overtime is available.
