Fabric Engineer – Brighton – Temp / part time – FM Service Provider – 18 per hour

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Brighton. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to be based in a building in Brighton. The successful candidate will have an all–around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working within a team on–site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.

Hours of work/Salary

• 18 ( paid via umbrella only )
• 3 days per week ( flexible )
• 8am – 5pm
• Starting ASAP

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Painting & Decorating
• Changing locks
• Basic Plumbing duties
• Bulb changes
• General Building maintenance

Requirements

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Carpentry OR Painting qualification ( NVQ / C&G )
• Good communication skills
• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
