Fabric Engineer

Salary - up to 35,000 + Overtime + 1 in 10 Call Out

Monday to Friday, 08:00am-17:00pm

Location: Winchester, Hampshire & Surrounding

An opportunity has arisen to work for one of the largest FM companies as a Mobile Fabric Engineer. This role involves working on a contract for a well-known multinational DIY retail company with approximately 311 stores across the UK. The successful candidate will join a team of engineers performing general maintenance and compliance tasks across these sites.

We are seeking a Fabric Engineer with a multi-trade background, comfortable working in retail environments and at heights when necessary. Responsibilities include maintenance and compliance duties on equipment such as:

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Electrics
• Basic Carpentry
• Lamp Changing
• Taking Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• PPMs
• Reactive Maintenance
• Plant Room Checks
• Assisting other engineers onsite as required
• Painting & Decorating
• Tiling
