Job description

Job Title: Fabric Technician

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fabric Technician to join our Maintenance team, responsible for carrying out Planned Fabric Works, Maintenance, and Reactive activities in accordance with our contractual agreements. The successful candidate will aim to achieve set SLA and KPI's while reporting to the Fabric Projects Team line management.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out various building fabric tasks as instructed.
2. Complete any other relevant fabric building tasks as reasonably requested.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

• Sound interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Experience and competence in relevant Health & Safety requirements.
• Good understanding of building fabric/construction, with experience in retail, commercial, corporate, or educational premises.
• Full clean and valid driving license.

Desirable Qualifications:

• CSCS Card
• IPAF/PASMA

Additional Requirements:

You will need to undertake SC clearance to start this role.
