Job summary

GM Performance Power Units based in Shrewsbury is seeking a Process Quality Engineer. You will ensure the robust and defect-free manufacturing of Cadillac F1 Power Unit systems by taking ownership of quality procedures and collaborating across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• Experience in process or manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, APQP/PPAP, SPC, and MSA.
• Proven experience in root cause analysis and CAPA systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process controls, inspection criteria, and quality standards.
• Support builds with torque verification and functional checks.
• Lead APQP deliverables and ensure process readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
