Job summary

GM Performance Power Units in Ipswich is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to ensure the robust and defect-free manufacturing of Cadillac F1 Power Unit systems. This role requires an individual with strong technical depth and problem-solving skills, applying methodologies like APQP, SPC, and MSA in high-performance environments.

As a part of our team, you will engage in developing process controls, performing thorough inspections, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• Experience in process or manufacturing quality.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, APQP/PPAP, SPC, and MSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain process controls and inspection criteria.
• Support builds through torque verification and leak testing.
• Lead APQP deliverables ensuring process readiness.
