Job summary

Red Bull Technology is offering an exciting year-long placement for undergraduates on our F1 Electronics Team based at our Milton Keynes campus. From summer 2027, you\'ll work with Trackside Support to set up and support our fleet of race, test and heritage cars, and our dynos and rig test systems.

You will gain hands-on experience in electronics configuration, data analysis, interpreting diagrams and build documents, and you will be mentored by experienced engineers while developing practical

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student studying electrical/electronics or related engineering fields.
• Returning to university for at least 1 year after placement.
• Interest in electronics and motorsport engineering desirable.

Responsibilities

• F1 electronics and off-car systems configuration and setup.
• Data analysis of electronics and electro-mechanical systems operations.
• Reference loom and sensor drawings, system diagrams and docs.
• Diagnose and report faults on sensors and actuators; assist fault resolution.
• Use a range of test and garage equipment as required.
• Support Remote Operations Room for track events.
• Assist in general workshop and car build tasks; hands-on work.
