Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management at the Courtyard by Marriott Sheffield invites a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to join Aspen Restaurant & Bar. You’ll welcome guests, take and process orders, serve meals and beverages, and help keep the dining area inviting and well‑presented.

Prior F&B experience is a plus but not required; a positive, team‑focused attitude and good communication are key. We offer flexible working arrangements and opportunities to grow within a top hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately.

• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties.
• Keep dining area stocked by assisting with inventory.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

What you’ll be doing…

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well‑organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non‑alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
