RBH Hospitality Management operates the Radisson Blu Hotel, Liverpool, inviting applications for a Food & Beverage Team Member. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure exceptional service in a central Liverpool hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks while maintaining high presentation standards and timely service.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas for an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain stock of dining area by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health & safety standards in the workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operation.

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non‑alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.

What We Need From You

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
