Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Bovey Castle, Devon. You will oversee all elements of our multi-outlet operation from fine dining to bar, lounge, and Brasserie, leading by example to deliver memorable service.

You'll manage a 30+ strong team, ensure guest satisfaction, train and develop staff, and collaborate with the Exec Chef and senior team to craft exceptional guest experiences in a remote, live-in setting.

Qualifications

• Experience at Restaurant Manager/supervisor level within hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, and English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elements of our multi-outlet operation from fine dining to bar, lounge, afternoon tea service and Brasserie.
• Lead by example to deliver intuitive and memorable service to all our guests.
• Inspire and manage a 30+ person team, ensuring guests are happy and receive outstanding service.
