Doubletree by Hilton Edinburgh Airport is seeking a Food & Beverage Senior Supervisor to lead daily operations across all F&B outlets within the Edinburgh airport hotel. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will motivate and train junior colleagues, supervise service standards, manage guest feedback, and work closely with kitchen and service teams. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays is required.
