Job summary

Starwood Hotels in London seeks a Food & Beverage Operations Director to lead the day-to-day F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to evolve offerings and maximise revenue while maintaining high standards.

You will mentor the F&B leadership team, manage budgets and costs, and champion guest experience across all outlets, including promotions and events to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading a high-volume F&B operation with significant revenue responsibility.
• Experience opening a hotel or restaurant is a plus.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operation and performance of all F&B outlets.
• Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence ensuring service, presentation, atmosphere, and guest experience meet standards.
• Lead, inspire, and develop F&B leadership team across financial management and revenue generation.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and P&Ls to achieve financial targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through promotions, events, and innovative experiences.
