Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a commercial catering or F&B operation, ideally in a visitor attraction.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing gross profit margin (GPM).
• Demonstrable ability to lead teams and deliver high customer service standards.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B operation to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Manage café operations ensuring quality and safety.
• Develop catering offers based on visitor expectations.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and report insights.
• Lead F&B team in recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
