Warner Hotels is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager at Nidd Hall, Harrogate. You will lead the restaurant and bar teams, ensuring smooth service and memorable guest experiences while working closely with the Head of Hospitality.

With a 199-bedroom historic hotel set in 45 acres, you’ll drive service standards, manage costs, and coach leaders to deliver excellent customer journeys. A strong hospitality background and inspirational leadership are essential.

Salary £31,000 up to £33,000 dependent on experience

What will I be doing?

Working closely with the Head of Hospitality, other Food and Beverage Managers and Food and Beverage Team Leaders you will ensure the smooth running of your restaurant or bar within the hotel.

Hospitality is a very important part of our guests’ experience when staying at Warner. As a Food and Beverage Manager you are part of one great team, working within our restaurant and bar facilities. With inspiring and tasty menus and settings to be proud of, you will play an integral part in providing a perfect customer journey for our guests.

• A passionate leader to coach and give feedback across the Food and Beverage department to improve performance.

What skills do I need?

• You'll need to be experienced in managing a large complex team in a customer facing environment, ideally with significant experience within hospitality
• You'll need to have the demonstrable ability to manage costs in line with budgets, and an understanding of where to drive sales as appropriate
• Have the ability to create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop
• You'll be a natural leader, with the ability to inspire and lead a team, communicating articulate ideas
