As an F&B Host, you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for. Your passion for people will be applied to create a memorable and entertaining experience. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Be customer obsessed and ensure all customers have an amazing experience, encouraging them to return.
2. Be familiar with current promotions and products to assist customers in making the most of their visit.
3. Proactively offer friendly, efficient, and prompt food and beverage service, delivering products you are proud of.
4. Be aware of daily/weekly targets and contribute positively towards them.
5. Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests politely and efficiently.
6. Replenish stocks to ensure products are always accessible to customers.
