Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to steer the department, drive guest service excellence and align with Leonardo Hotels’ standards. You’ll lead on-floor presence, set KPIs, and shape the daily operations to deliver memorable moments for guests.

You’ll manage rotas, identify training opportunities, run regular team meetings, and partner with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. As a Food & Beverage Director, you’ll keep your department running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us.
