IKEA Birmingham is looking for Food and Beverage Assistants to join our friendly team. The role involves serving food, taking payments at tills, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming while delivering great customer service.

We offer 16 and 24 hour contracts, daytime weekday availability, up to 2 evenings/weekends, a starting date of 21 November, and extensive co-worker benefits including 15% IKEA discount, life assurance, pension contributions, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior food and customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.
• Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.

Responsabilités

• Serve food, take payments at tills, clean and clear the restaurant and work behind the scenes to prepare food.
• Customer focused, by working together to create the best customer experience; listen, act and exceed expectations.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for customers and co-workers.
