We are currently looking for a passionate Casual F&B Attendant – The Park, to join our Food and Beverage Department on a casual basis, with an immediate start to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team. It is important that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

As a Casual F&B Attendant – The Park, your main duties will include:

• Adhering to the hours of work/shift system, being punctual and arriving at the outlet 5 minutes before your shift begins.
• Ensuring uniforms are kept clean, in good condition, and presentable, meeting personal appearance and hygiene standards to project a professional image.
• Welcoming guests with a smile and greeting (Good morning/evening/afternoon) as they enter the outlets.
• Escorting guests to their tables, presenting menus, explaining buffet options, specials, and beverage lists, and using your knowledge to exceed expectations.
• Providing exceptional food & beverage service according to company policies, SOPs, and standards such as AA and LQA, both personally and through teamwork.

You will work hours according to your availability and business needs; just notify your manager to schedule your shifts accordingly.
