We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Food and Beverage Assistant to join our busy hotel!

The role of the successful Food and Beverage Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. As an F&B Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient service and ensuring every guest has a pleasant dining experience in our restaurant, bar, or event space.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and assisting with seating and menu selections
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
• Support buffet setup, table service, and bar operations as required
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel policies at all times

The person we are looking for as a Food and Beverage Assistant has….

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards (a plus)
