Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Emirates Old Trafford is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Assistant to support busy bar, restaurant and event spaces. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help prepare areas for service.

Flexible shifts between 5am and 1am, seven days a week, with a friendly, proactive approach and a commitment to great guest experiences. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible across shifts, including early mornings and evenings, weekends.
• Experience in waiting/bar service; hotel experience is a bonus but not required.
• Must be 18+ due to alcohol service.
• Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to support the team.
• Warm, friendly personality; ability to make guests feel welcome.
• Attention to service; maintain high presentation and grooming standards.
• Willingness to undertake training in food, beverage or bar service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Deliver restaurant and bar service including food and drinks.
• Take orders accurately and serve promptly.
• Prepare and tidy restaurant and bar areas.
• Set up tables to standard before service.
• Process payments per procedures.
• Maintain consistently high levels of customer service.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and neat.
• Upsell food and drinks to support targets.
