Job summary

Lancashire Cricket Club and Hilton Garden Inn Emirates Old Trafford are seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will join a busy guest-facing team delivering service across bar, restaurant and event spaces, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and supporting breakfast service to create a warm Lancashire welcome.

Flexible shifts are available between 5am and 1am, seven days a week, to fit around your commitments while you gain experience in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Experience in waiting and bar service; hotel experience beneficial.
Aged 18+ due to alcohol service requirement.
Flexible to work across breakfast and evening shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and create a positive first impression.
Provide restaurant and bar service, take orders, serve food and drinks.
Deliver accurate orders and timely service.
Prepare, maintain and tidy dining and bar areas.
Set up tables to the required standard.
Handle payments according to procedures.
Deliver consistently high levels of service.
Keep work areas clean and safe.
Upsell food, drinks and promotions to meet targets.
