Job summary

Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to support operations across our hotel and conference facilities. You will help serve in the bar, restaurant and event spaces, ensuring a warm, professional guest experience.

You’ll assist with mise en place, service, and events such as conferences, banquets and weddings. Full training is provided, with a focus on teamwork, flexibility and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
• Hospitality experience is helpful but training is provided.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Support smooth F&B operations across bar, restaurant, lounge, terrace and conference spaces.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to high standards.
• Assist with set-up, service and breakdown of conferences and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout areas.
• Provide attentive, professional service and handle guest queries.
