Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Birmingham is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join our busy hotel restaurant and bar. You’ll be the face of the hotel, delivering first-class hospitality with a warm, can-do attitude, and building rapport with guests and team members.

We offer casual shifts including mornings for breakfast and evenings in the restaurant/bar, with ongoing training and clear progression to support your career in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering excellent service in our restaurant and bar.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming dining ambiance for guests.
• Support the breakfast team and bar during shift times.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. We are looking for a team member who can work a mixture of mornings as part of our breakfast team, and evenings too in our bar and restaurant.
