The Tutor role is responsible for providing high-quality training delivery, academic guidance and pastoral support to student teachers. Tutors work directly with student teachers and mentors, ensuring consistent triad processes, accurate assessment, and a strong student teacher experience.
To deliver high-quality curriculum sessions, support student teacher progress, facilitate effective mentoring and triad processes, and contribute to robust assessment and quality assurance.
Tutors hold direct responsibility for a caseload of student teachers, ensuring they receive consistent, accurate and supportive guidance.
Student teacher Engagement & Progress: Timely completion of progress reviews and assessments.
Quality Assurance: High-quality observation notes, triad records and assessment documentation.
Data Accuracy: ≥98% accuracy on Mosaic entries.
Student teacher Satisfaction: Contribute to strong student teacher experience metrics across assigned caseload.
