Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join a 2-year provision at a school in Walsall. You will support 7 children aged 2 alongside another practitioner and provide personal care, including nappy changing, while helping maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.

The role requires Level 2 Early Years qualification (minimum), previous early years or nursery experience, right to work in the UK, a Clear Enhanced DBS, and at least 2 references.

Qualifications

• Level2 Early Years qualification (minimum).
• Level3+ Teaching Assistant qualification does not count for ratio purposes.
• Previous early years or nursery experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Clear Enhanced DBS required.
• At least 2 references covering a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities
