Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an Early Years Educator for a warm, inclusive setting in Chorley (PR6). The role is full-time, fixed-term for the remainder of the academic year, starting October 2026.

You will deliver high-quality early years education to children aged 0–5 in line with EYFS, working with room leaders to support development and wellbeing. The position requires a Level 2+ Early Years qualification, recent EYFS experience, and a strong safeguarding focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early years education within the EYFS framework
• Support development of children aged 0–5
• Collaborate with room leaders and practitioners
• Use observation and assessment to plan next steps and record progress
• Promote physical, emotional and social wellbeing
• Foster independent, curious and positive behaviour through play-based learning
• Maintain a safe, clean, inclusive environment meeting safeguarding standards
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
