Job summary

Academics is recruiting an EYFS Teaching Assistant / Nursery Nurse for a Basildon primary school in Essex. The role is full-time, term-time only, 8:30am–3:30pm, starting October, and offers an exciting opportunity to support children at the start of their school journey.

You will work closely with Nursery and Reception staff, delivering phonics, reading, writing and maths support, helping children develop confidence, independence and social skills in a nurturing environment.

Working closely with experienced staff in both Nursery and Reception, you'll play a key role in supporting young learners at the very start of their school journey.
