Brookside Primary School in Stockport is seeking an Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant (TA) and Midday Assistant. The post includes 12 hours per week as a TA at Scale 2 Point 3 (£13.28/hour) plus 1 hour per week as MDA at Scale 1 Point 3 (£13.28/hour).

This fixed-term role runs until 31 August 2027, term-time only, with a start date as soon as possible. The appointed TA will support the EYFS teacher, assist with pupils with SEND, work with small groups or individuals, and take on

Qualificações

• Experience as teaching assistant in an EYFS setting.
• Willingness to perform midday duties.
• Fixed-term contract until 31/08/2027 and term-time only.

Responsabilidades

• Support the teacher in the EYFS classroom in an appropriate learning environment.
• Assist pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Work with small groups or individuals during the class or withdrawal sessions.
• Be an integral part of Brookside Primary School, collaborating with staff.
