Job summary

Warren Primary Academy in Arnold seeks an enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS team. You will work closely with the EYFS Lead and staff to give children the best start to their education through play-based learning.

You will support planning and delivery, build positive relationships with children and families, and uphold safeguarding and inclusive practice within a caring school community.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 qualification
• Experience in EYFS settings
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Able to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning
• Able to lead provision when needed and work proactively
• Builds positive relationships with children, families and staff
• Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of play-based learning in EYFS
• Collaborate with EYFS Lead and the team to support the early years curriculum
• Help ensure each child receives the best start to their education
• Contribute to safeguarding and inclusive practices
